Important: Exchanges / returns will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused / unwashed and with all original accessories i.e. tags, labels & poly bag etc.

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply. 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

  • If you don’t like the product, you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply.
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).

RETURN POLICY:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

  • If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply.
  •  send/courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
  •  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached, we will refund your amount.

2. How will I get My refund?
