WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have fast shipping options i.e. TRAX & POSTEX and other quick modes that make sure that your parcels are never delayed and reach you on time in proper packing and surety. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not yet but an international shipping module will be added to our website very soon. We are working on this domain and will announce this good news to our international customers very soon. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We make sure that the parcel is on its way within 24 hours after the order is placed and rest the travel duration that takes days to reach you. Most probably a parcel takes no longer than 5-7 working days no matter how far the shipping destination is. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We are currently working on COD method and very soon there will be Credit Card, Debit Card and local payment methods integrated to the site for making this thing more convenient. 

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We have made it very easy and user friendly for everyone. It’s as simple as ABC. Just browse the site, select a product, add that into the cart after selecting the attributes i.e. size, color and then place the order. That will take you to the checkout page where your address is required and on clicking on place order, you order would have been placed and you will get an email confirmation about that. 

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

For this thing, you will have to contact the support team, you can send an email to us by including your order number in that and we will cancel/change your order at your own accord. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As your order has been shipped, you will get a tracking code via email that can be used to track your parcel anytime. 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

That’s not compulsory. You can checkout as a guest after giving the mandatory information. If you need regular updates around the new releases and offers, you should subscribe via email or create an account to avail all kind of discounts and offers. 

Can I Open the Parcel?

According to curious policy, customers can not open the parcel before full payment. if you have any problem with your purchase, we have 10 days return and exchange policy.
